Here’s a little something I have in the works for the Mac/Textmate envious Windows using Textpattern site building users out there :) – it’s a free alternative, but no way near as powerfull as Textmate with the bundle

To support Textmate bundles on Windows, I’ve just found the e-texteditor though still in beta (and not free) it looks like a great piece of software for editing Textpattern templates.
On Linux, the Scribes project looks a LOT like Textmate, but does not support the bundles. It should be fairly simple to make a Textpattern aware language pack complete with templates etc.
