Halftone Effects in Photoshop
Quick and Dirty tutorial on how to make halftone effects (raster effects) using Adobe Photoshop.

1. Open Photoshop and create a new document (600 × 400 pixels). Use the Eliptical Marquee tool to make an elipse.

2. Choose Feather from the Select menu set Feather to 20 pixels.

3. Choose Inverse from the Select menu and go to Quick Mask mode.


4. From the Filters menu, select Pixelate -> Color Halftone, set the max. Radius to 12
pixels, click ok.

5. Go back from quickmask to normal mode. Choose Inverse again from the Select menu. Fill the selection with color of your choice.
